Group Training - Our classes incorporates bodyweight and weighted exercises to gain muscle mass while increasing caardiovascular endurance. We use a mix of free weights, resistance bands, barbells, medicine balls, steps & more! Our classes are designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, muscle growth and excess fat loss. The classes are designed and adjusted to accomodate participants of all levels.
Kickboxing - This class introduces basic strikes and movements from kickboxing. Build stamina, improve coordination, increase flexibility, all while burning calories and relieving stress at the end of the day. Join us in this fun and challenging workout!
